Zhang is a single mother who has had to work hard to take care of her kids on her own. She is an experienced headwear maker with 14 years of experience as an equipment operator at the ASI Fair Trade Certified facility and she takes great pride in her work, especially knowing that her name accompanies many of the products. When she’s not at work she enjoys watching TV.
