Pratima didn’t always find her work in garment production to be easy to master, but she has always worked diligently to learn and has now worked for 7 years in her current role. She is a mother to two boys and lives close enough to ride her bike to work. She said that her friends would describe her as a “fighter” and we’re sure that relates to the things she is passionate about.

What is a dream you have for your children?

I want them to have the best education.

What are interests you pursue when you’re not at work?

Cooking and spending time with my kids.

What is one thing you are not good at?

Playing chess.
