Elsa’s optimism is infectious – she is confident that with a little help and some time, she will be able to become the person she wants to be. Previously, she worked in a poultry plant to support her husband in earning the income they needed for the family. Elsa plans on using the knitting skills she’s learning in the program to someday open up a small knitting shop in her community.
