Burned out from long hours and low pay in the restaurant business, Carmen joined KNOWN SUPPLY in hopes of setting herself up for a brighter future. This determined lady hasn’t left the hospitality industry forever – she dreams of the day she will open and manage her own restaurant. We don’t doubt what her future holds – Carmen is known in her group of friends for her strong work ethic and patience.
