Although Anita Openy married young in hopes of finding relief from her desperate poverty, she was only met with more struggles based on her husband’s ethnicity. As a crocheter for KK Uganda, Openy now has the community and consistent income that she has long been refused. She dreams of building a better life for herself and her husband with the money that she saves through the program.

So grateful for you~ I have the best Danoche Hat here in Akron, Ohio. I love hats. I ususally wear Harley Davidson Hats but I was at the mall and picked this Cream one up and can't stop wearing it. I am going to pray for you and your husband now that I know some one made me a hat, just for me. I am going to pass this message on so others can have their best hat ever.
