I purchased a scarf you made last night and wanted you to see what I posted song it on Facebook and Instagram :)

Last night on date night, I stopped into one of my favorite stores in Frederick, MD called "Velvet Lounge".

I immediately found a few pair of jeans that I liked, some tops too- but then I saw this table full of mittens, scarves, and hats that had signatures on them and pictures of who made them.

I immediately put down all of the clothes I wanted to try on and told my husband "This is what I want".

I didn't even know WHY I was buying it... I didn't even do my research... It was just the fact that someone hand made this scarf from Uganda... I had to have it.

So just moments ago- I went on the krochetkids.org website and read all about this scarf and the person who made it.

I was immediately in tears!!!! My decision to buy it last night was helping this organization and person who made it more than I knew!!!
